The water at our complex has been off since 3pm today. The apartment complex has not put any written notices up about the water being out. I called the office at 4pm and they said the water should be on by 5:30pm. What is the next step if the water isn't on by morning?

I would assume it's the complex's fault since their maint people are the ones working on it. I haven't seen any city of Arlington vehicles around.
