I am looking for an add-on to get rid of our filing cabinet of vendors and invoices.

This is what I'm looking for, but I'm hoping to spend quite a bit less than this for what I would imagine to be a simple program that integrates what I've been running all along.

Are you looking at the single license or multiple?

My boss just picked up a neatdesk scanner for the shop. It is supposed to integrate with QB but it's $400 for equipment and software. I'm never in the office, so I don't know how well it is working yet.

Single. We've already got the scanner, which happens to be the cheap part.



Quickbooks Pro 2012 has this in the software. I might be forced to get it anyway.
