    What is a driver responsibility surcharge?

    Just got a letter for a bill of 104 from MSB for a surcharge notice driver responsibility program.

    My last ticket was in 2009 in july everything is taking care of so i'm confused wtf it is and has anyone gotten one?

      read thru all that even pulled a driving record for past 3 years only 1 that shows up is a traffic violation 2 years ago for speeding 10% over limit which would equal only 2 points.....

        See if you qualify to pay the minimum amount if its that far back. Welcome to surcharges, they practically give them out when you get a ticket.
