Oh hell no! I would burn that mother down over 190,000 dollars.

That being said it is probably something illegal going down but you shouldn't be able to keep it if you can't prove it.

If it is illegal money, people fucking DIE over that shit. I cannot wait to see the dead pool from this.

I worked in banking for the better part of the last 10 years. I always tried to recruit the messicans to open a bank account. They usually always refused. So many of them kept their money stashed under a mattress. I also heard horror stories of their money getting stolen.

What I concluded was that they simply did not trust banks. The banks in Mexico, or any of those other latin countries, are crooked as fuck. Therefore they thought it was the same here in the good ole U.S. of A!

I dont trust banks either, I only use them to cash my checks.
I like having my money right with me to count it, not count on the bank getting the numbers right.

Yeah I would like to see if they ever paid a dime of taxes. Fairtax all the way would make tax payers out of all of them. I bet the IRS gets involved in this also.

Looks like to me it is the exact same in the good ole U.S. of A. I am an attorney and know my "rights". Howerver i do a alot of car buying out of state and i am very uncomfortable when i have a minimal amount of cash (5-10k) on me when i travel for the transaction. One stop for what ever reason "no turn signal" "tire on center line", etc, and they will take your money. This is not a rant against either party, but i am a little bit older than a lot of people on the forum and this erosion of the constitution (search and seizure, road blocks, etc) exploded under the reagan administration. Sad days indeed....

They were up to something, or fucking stupid. The law knows that is the fact, and the judge just pointed out that they cant prove it.
It is fucked up that they are confiscating it, but it is normal for them to take it and you to prove it is legit. I am sure they can't....

It happened to a guy I worked with. He bought a restored VW bus on Ebay, headed into Oklahoma with a truck, trailer, Ebay ad and a envelope full of cash. He was stopped, searched, questioned, accused of ill-will and the officer walked of with his cash. He never saw it again.

Buddy of mine found a twin turboed Z06 in Florida he wanted. He rented a car and drove down there with $65k cash. Not a chance in hell I would ever attempt that. With my luck I would get stopped before I hit the county line...
