... I sort of bought one and need some training.

I bought it for the bakery side of it, seeing as I have outgrown my current facility and the original owner had agreed to teach me his methods; however, cancer has taken away that opportunity since he is struggling more and more now.

Soooo, I’d like to see if there is someone I could come apprentice with. I live outside of the metroplex so I wouldn’t be any competition.

I wasn't going to do the breakfast. I had talked myself straight out of it but apparently the guy upstairs is insiting I do this.
