I prefer Highland Scotch over Islay, but I'm also not a fan of the peaty flavor.

I have the best Scotch I have ever had the pleasure of drinking in my cabinet right now. Mackinlay's Old Rare. It has far too many layers for me to be able to describe it right now. Just thinking about it makes me speechless.
