I need some idea's of what to get my wife for her birthday. She has plenty of jewelry and a trip is out of the question since we just went on one and we have 2 vacations planned for later this year. She already gets her nails, toes, hair, and massages done on a regular basis so thats out also. So I'm left scratching my head.
