Yep, cannot be registered. Could make some money on it exporting it to another country though. In 01 I got a 95 crew cab dually full conversion from western hauler for $2500 . It had two flats and wouldn't start . Went and bought a battery and took off the flat in the rear and used the other sides outboard tire for the flat in the front . Drove it around front to load it on the trailer and got approached by a Mexican guy who bought it from me for $6000 . This was at the Kelly Mckight impound auction .
