  • Anyone have night aches?

The last few weeks I have been getting terrible aches in my knees and hip almost like a growing pain.
It can wake me up in the middle of the night its so intense and I can get up and drink a glass of milk or something and in about half an hour I will feel fine again.
But it just kills my sleep because I am tossing and turning all night trying to get comfortable.

    Anyone experience this too?

It happens to my knees. Only when it changes from hot weather to cold weather. Normally i have to sleep on my legs like leaning over. I've never had any kind of work done on my knees or ever hurt them before.

I don't get it in my knees but if I miss the gym for a couple of days I start getting what I can only describe as restless leg syndrome and it sucks balls.
Freaking legs hurt and just makes me wanna get up and go run or something to wear them out.

Its because of the altitude change and dry weather.
I think his point is that the fish got low balled, fucked in the catfish asshole and you paid half price. The worst part was the fish explaining to his fish friends why his asshole smelled like redneck

Were only at 2700 feet, not that high up, were in the valley really.

But it is desert weather here.
