            Nobody was naysaying. You asked if legally, you were owed anything. The correct answer to that question is that legally, they owe you nothing. Be glad they are doing it out of your performance/history. They certainly aren't legally obligated to though.

                      While you are correct, technically the definition of a Naysayer is someone with an aggressively negative attitude. Some on here display that, hence, naysayers, as labeled by the tags and responses such as "they dont owe you shit".

                      A simple no would have sufficed.

                      But again, thanks for all your input, either way it turned out would have been fine by me, i'm glad it was in my favor though!

                      Now, time to find another job and start getting ready for going back to get my Masters...
