Nope. Krokodil is desomorphine, and the reason it eats flesh is, it directly poisons it because of all the chemicals used to synthesize it from OTC codeine. It's called, "Krokodil," because it makes your skin scaly and flaky when you actually hit a vein with it. If you don't, an abscess forms where that pocket of poison is. If you develop NF from that, it's from a secondary infection. In the case of the girl losing her arm, shoulder, and tit, the bath salts themselves were contaminated with streptococcus. That's not surprising, though. Strep and staph are everywhere, and if someone doesn't wash their hands while preparing your recreational pharmaceuticals, you could easily catch one.
