Best Tattoo shop in DFW?

It's time for a new tattoo......I want to make sure that I go to the RIGHT place.
All tattoo artists are not created equal. I won't be getting any "flash art" so I need an ARTIST, not someone who traces lines.

Saints and Sinners in Carrollton. I've been going there for 6 years, unfortunately my artist moved to Colorado recently. All of the artists there have done great work though. I'm scheduled to start my half sleeve on the 2nd.

i was never impressed w/ 360 Blues. they could trace good, but none of the peeps i or my friends spoke to could free hand.
also randy adams used to be great, but i had issues last time i was there.

I'll agree with billy jack at Artistic Encounter... A E tattoo. He did my chest piece, very professional, great artist. There's also a lot of other talented guys that work there too. Zach did my gf's marilynn Monroe portrait on her arm, and its pretty awesome work.
