A guy from Pittsburgh opened a bar here and has these on the menu, I haven't tried any simply because I had never heard of them but I might have to now. His cheesesteaks are the best in Midland, but don't touch Billadelphias.

What is the name? I get out to Midland every so often. Pierogies - to me are a great replacement to fries. It's one of those deals where a cheesesteak and fries are not normal to me, since we always had pierogies.

Give them a try. Not sure how he makes them and there are a 1001 ways to eat them. My 3 favorite condiments are one of the following

-Just salt
-Salt and ketchup
-Salt and sour cream
