Hmm, the 4banger might be nice if it responds well to mods and the weight is reduced. Plus that ecoboost gets 30MPG in a 4Klbs SUV, 33-35MPG might be possible in the Mustang.

Was reading this article and they mention a 2.3-2.5 ecoboost Stang SVO.
