Yeah, he'll make someone a great companion. He's always ready to play, but when it's time to settle down, he's very content to lay beside me on the couch or on the floor at my feet. He'd probably make a great shop dog.

He looks more Aussie than anything, just a fat little aussie.

Lab and australian Shepard would be my guess.

This little dude is a hoot. As soon as he gets more confident with himself and his surroundings he comes out of his shell a little more. He's starting to play with my dog, Tanner, a lot more. Tanner is used to growling and barking when he plays and this pooch wasn't too sure about that at first. He still gets a little startled, but he's coming along.

He is learning the rules of shitting outside quickly. The peeing thing will take a little longer, but he's progressing fast. Tanner has helped with this process.

He just went outside with Tanner and I to fill some propane and he stayed within 3 feet of me. If I'm busy, then he'll just lay down somewhere close. He is certainly going to be a very loyal companion.

Now he's snoozing at my feet.

With three dogs, three kids, two cats, and a husband?! I'd probably need a kennel license.

I'm hoping to be rid of one pretty soon here. The friend that asked us to take it moved back to town. The second, we're pretty much stuck with. It's a matter of principle.
