Least u weren't dumb like my buddy. Several years ago he gets popped by a cop for 60 in a 45 the cop was nice and let him go. 2 hours later he gets popped by the same cop on the SAME road for again 60 in 45. This time he gets a ticket. I laughed at him for days over that one.
