Bad apartment neighbor stories?

Anyone have any bad apartment neighbor stories? I am dealing with a very stingy neighbor who is slowly losing his mind. The guy is 65, represents himself in court (because he thinks he is a genius) and uses his car as a trash can when he is too lazy to walk over to the dumpster. His apartment is filled with wall to wall shit, things like a canoe, tons of microscopes, old and badly made furniture.

It's also fun to be told to "keep the racket down!" on nights which I have been out with my girlfriend, and not even the dogs were in the apartment.

I figured I have it easy and shouldn't be complaining after i hear some other stories.

I used to have neighbors upstairs who would have pretty vigorous sex for about 7 minutes every Wednesday. Pissed me off because I didn't need my kids hearing that. i went up to knock, and this behemoth of a woman answered in a robe. yack!

Crazy Africans (actually from Africa) fist fighting in the courtyard around 3-4am.
One of their GF's was screaming "Henry! You can't do that in America" lol. He hit the other guy and was going to call the cops for pissing him off enough to hit him. Blood on the sidewalk, cops, a bat and some rock throwing.

I used to live next door to two strippers. They were young and really hot. Sometimes I used to leave my door unlocked. They would come in my apt at like 2-3 am in stripper attire up asking me to party with them or whatever. Well turns out one of the girls stole a gallon of mint chocolate ice cream I had in the freezer! it was like more than half way full. Another time I had this girl over that I was going to "watch a movie" with. We started the movie then these two girls walked right in completely topless asking me if I liked their nipples.
