    not always true, they might not go INTO NCIC but they do go thru them, if its an out of town agency we send them to NCIC then they send it to the loction the A/O's are at

      Are you talking specific cases that some other agency maybe needs anything to effect an arrest?

        no, on any case where a diffrent agency such as Rockwall, Mesquite ect.. pull over someone with Dallas warrants we send NCIC the warrant confirmation and they send it over to the agency where the A/P will be taken
