there is just myself and 2 siblings and I am the oldest so I am taking care of the affairs.
Unfortunately I couldn't get him to do a will, he only has one asset, a paid off house but while he was sick my grandmother passed away and he inherited her estate while he was not legally competent.2006 Civic SI

siblings are ok with me handling everything, my grandmother's estate is not finalized and really needs to be done with his, but my aunt is the executor of her will. I need an attorney here and in Minnesota to handle both basically simultaneously.
