Anyone know an older man in Azle names Bill Harris?

I went to Texas road house for lunch today(near Hulen mall) and when we were leaving there was an older man laying on the ground outside. I went over to help and his wife said that he had hip surgery a few months ago and he's been having problems with it. When he fell he thought the hip replacement came out. Poor guy was in excruciating pain. Me, the owner of the restaurant and another guy picked him up and had to hold him up until the paramedics showed up. Id like to know an update if anyone knows him.
