Anyone work at a tax office/license plate place?

I would like to find out why the tax office told my sister that they could not register it. Supposedly, she has the title in her name so I don't see what the problem is. I want to know the facts.

Warrants will do it now. New law in place if you have a warrant you can not renew your registration. Just sayin.

From my experience at the tax office the people at the front are idiots and dont know wtf they are talking about, so they are probably wrong. Talk to a supervisor.
