Damn, killed a guy with one punch. I don't think I've ever heard of this happening before. He's looking at a 20 yr murder charge vs. an assault charge which is a slap on the wrist. A part of me thinks that the circumstances are unique and a 20 yr term is overboard. However, I would want the kid fry if I knew the guy he killed.

Was this on Northside FTW at the Stockyards? We had a incident like that where the guy that got hit and fell backwards. His head hit the curb and he later died.
