I repeat - you're making your drinks too weak. Put 4 or 5 ounces of Crown in each drink and then see how 3 of those treat you.

Taking too much Benadryl can have the opposite effect on you. just take one and give it time to work. And at Leah: Trazadone??? I was given that years ago to help me sleep during a divorce, that shit is crazy strong. It was actually an anti-depressant back in the old days. If someone was depressed, they just knocked them out...;problem solved! Most doctors won't prescribe Trazadone more than 1/2 times....it's a highly addictive narcotic so keep that in mind.

I have pretty bad insomnia, so I've tried pretty much everything over the years. Surprisingly, one of the most effective OTC remedies I've tried is Sleepytime Extra tea. It has velarian root and a bunch of other herbs known to promote sleep, and it works pretty damn well.
I've taken the valarian root extract pills as well and they are ok, but the tea seems to work better.
Ambien is hands-down the most effective thing I've used for insomnia, though. For those who want to try OTC stuff first, give the tea a shot.2016 Chevrolet SS 6M
