When I went 3 weeks ago there was 6 people there and 4 were at the counter being helped. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes.

drive to the one out in Sunset or Bowie. Took me less than an hour from Flower Mound and there has NEVER been a wait, just walk in, addressed, and walk out.

I got to the Lewisville office an hour before they opened and sat in my car for 30 min before people started lining up. Waited for 90 minutes before they called my number. So 2.5hrs total to do 2 min worth of paperwork.

And then get this...a dude just knocked on my door and returned my wallet, with all cash and contents accounted for. So I didn't even end up having to fuck with it after all, but oh well.
