If you have a photocopy if your license you can go online and do a change of address. You will needs the numbers that go up along the side of your picture. That way they will mail you the new one.Comment

I don't...I have one that expired last august though.
Problem is I need to rent a car on Sunday, and so I'll need to have whatever paperwork it is that they'll give me in-hand to show them that I do have a valid liscense, but just not the ID card. I'll have my passport to get me on the plane, but that won't get you a rental car. I've had better luck using my expired liscense the last time this happened.Comment
