      Awesome! Dustin Stewart (surviving felon) is now charged with 1st degree murder of Justin Martin (dead one) because their attempted to burglarize the house led to Justin's death.

      Oh...and they were going after the house for prescription pills (narcotics).

        Yep, this is the type of prosecution I was trying to explain to a few people on the board a few years ago. His accomplice gets the murder charge, they thought this didn't happen.
