if you do intake and headers you really need to have it tuned, because you will throw maf scaling codes with certain CAI's and cat codes if you go offroad X.
if you want to really keep the warrenty, just leave it alone.

I know 430hp isn't earth shattering, but getting good mpg's, having a warranty, and it being reliable more then makes up for it for now.2016 250 Mini dozer

IMO the nPP is the best bang for the buck catback. My car is pretty quiete when the exhaust is close and DEAD quiete inside. when the exhaust opens it gets a little loud2016 250 Mini dozer

Congrats, you're going to love it (of course, you already knew that). I'm on my 3rd Vette and I keep buying them for a reason. They hold up to significant abuse and I've had great luck with them.
I did intake, headers, exhaust, and tune on my '08 LS3 and it screamed. Keeping it stock for or doing the NPP exhaust is a good solution to have decent sound, decent power, and the 100k powertrain warranty. I had no issues with my LS3, but I did sell it maybe a little early because I was worried that I had already trashed the powertrain warranty I beat the hell out of it for 3 years, so I traded right before the bumper to bumper warranty went out even though it had been bulletproof. I'm keeping my '10 C6 bone stock to keep the 100k powertrain warranty.
Here's a youtube vid of my '08 with the above mentioned mods on a 0-120mph run. She sounded good:

GM
Toyota

Here's what I got my exhaust for:
I noticed a bunch of guys wanted to trade aftermarket exhausts for z06 titanium exhausts. So I went out and bought a pristine Z06 exhaust for $300. Then I posted it up for trade for aftermarket exhausts. I had literally EVERY SINGLE exhaust available in a PM to trade for. I got to pick exactly the one I wanted - borla quad tip stinger exhaust. It retails for $1200, I got it for a $300 trade. Then, I needed longtubes and an x-pipe. I found a guy on corvette forum that had an exedy twin disc carbon clutch ($2,200), Dynotech Engineering DTE transaxle brace ($500) a set of Kook's longtubes 1-7/8-3" -$1,000, a 3" offroad X-pipe ($500), Hurst shifter ($300), Z06 slave cylinder and aftermarket high flow line, aftermarket remote bleeder ($500). Total of $5,000 in parts - he wanted a new set of black z06 wheels in 18" - I bought them on tomzwheels for $550 shipped. I got a complete exhaust, clutch, shifter, slave cylinder, transaxle brace, long tubes, x pipe, borla exhaust for my car for $850.
There are good deals out there, and it's easy to find them for vettes."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin
