As nypost.com reports, he’s plead guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct and will pay a $250 fine. Which is fine. He lost his Glock, but that beats the hell out of a possible 15 years – and a six figure legal bill – if the D.A. had decided to give him the full court Plaxico prosecution treatment. The city clearly wants these embarrassing and highly inconvenient cases to go away with a minimum of fuss and publicity. Look for the Vankirk, Graves and Jerome cases to meet a similar, quiet end.
