I guess it either shouldn't be a ticketable offense, or that cop should fix the headlight then? Not sure why you're running around a merry go 'round with this one trying to find excuses. I've seen them speed, street race, not use blinkers, drive with out headlights on, have tint that is to dark, use 4 wheelers on public roads, and run stop signs.

The part you spoke about earlier about blocking traffic and whatnot (phone posting FTL) headlights do not apply to because you're comparing apples to oranges in that situation, as headlights do not affect your ability to do your job.

Never said that DFWMustangs was my sole source, just that there is a ton of FTP stories here. Part of my opinion comes from a bunch of different news sources like Drudge, Fox News, MSNBC, talk radio, and a host of others. Part of it comes from personal experience. Part of it does come from here; but keep in mind a good portion of what is posted on this forum are links to actual news stories with sources about bullshit the police are/have been doing. If you would like to post sourced links involving praise the police stories I would be more than happy to read them, but it seems the days of the Sheriff Andy Taylor types are long gone.
