What a waste of pork. I mean killing just to kill something, I get it. But how many of you actually got a hog problem? Destroying crops etc... Ever heard of hunt for the hungry? I'll dress 1 out of every 10 or so and donate the rest to people who actually need the food. It's win/win situation. Should try it sometimes.... Fatten up a little boy or girl next time instead of a fucking buzzard.

Someone yesterday was saying that they read the hog problem is getting so bad that the Corp of Engineers is considering opening up all corp land to hunting. Supposedly been over 50 years since they have done so?Comment

The last pig I shot was 400lbs, it wasn't that bad at all. Just have to make sure you void them out correctly. And on the numbers of hogs, damn! We hit the bottoms the other night at 10:20, picked a spot barely inside the bottoms ON the main trail, and camped out. Within five minutes we heard at least 30 hogs closing in and I personally saw about 15 before we squeezed off on them. They are as bad as rabbits! Went back the next morning and the hogs actually returned and rooted the same spot at which we had shot at them only hours before...Comment
