So what happens when you refuse to comply with "allowing" blood to be drawn? I'd assume you would have to sit still for it to be done, but I've been wrong before.

i recall a couple new years ago, dpd's finest taking our liquor and weed that night. they put the liquor which was unopened in the trunk of their squad car, the weed went into one of the cops pockets (i seen it!)
luckily I wasn't charged with any of that shit. they kept repeating it was not a dallas 2for1 special that night.
(i was pulled over for license plate lights being out)
edit: i've since learned my lesson, don't ride with weed and replace your plate lights when they go out. oh and I don't drink so the liquor wasn't for me.
