    My Panasonic 60 inch plasma is about 130lbs, I just bought a real nice TV stand that would hold the weight, thats to heavy to mount on a wall imo. Two yrs ago I paid about 3k for it, I'm not hanging it on the wall and risk dropping it.

          I use 1/2" lag bolts, 6 of them across 3 studs. And I used the cheapest $11 wall mount on monoprice and it worked great. Just MAKE SURE you don't over tighten those lag bolts or they will sheer off. It's been mounted, unmounted, remounted 3 times and I've had no issues. But everytime I move the TV, the plastic case shifts and with the heat up/cool down it cracks/pops for a month before it finally settles in.

            haha yeah, when I was holding that thing with my arms stretched out on either side I had a momentarily lapse in confidence that it could kill me.
