I put 275k on my 03, and I have 190k on my 07. Just maintain them correctly and they will last you a long long time. I was very sad when Ford stopped offering the 5.4 in the F150.

My pops had a '01 E-250. Sold it last year with 280k on the clock. Multiple tires, brakes, with two batteries, and one alternator. Engine never missed a beat. He wishes he had it back. He is preventative maintenance OCD though (fluids, filters, etc.)

Thats how I am, I am very hesitant about upgrading to a brand new F150. The 5.4 is tried and true tested. I am just not sure about the longevity of the Ecoboost or new 5.0 yet. I put 45k miles a year on average on my truck.

Right around 190K on my 2002 F-150 Super Crew. Haven't really driven it as much the past year since getting a new daily driver. Truck has been pretty reliable for me since I've owned it (new) and has only left me stranded a couple of times, once with a dead battery and another time with some weird issue with a fuse for the fuel pump that only happened a couple of times (both on the same day) and never occurred again (still have the spare fuse sitting in the door panel). I've replaced the AC compressor when the clutch started to rattle (still cooled) and now I need to replace the alternator. I've only tuned it once and other than what's been mentioned above I've only replaced the oil and filter and tires.

Oh, I should mention one weird thing that happened. After the tune up the plugs and wires had an issue with water getting into the plugs whenever it rained and I went through a deep puddle. Turns out the NGK plugs weren't sealing good around the plugs and would allow water in was what I was told. Switched back to Motorcraft plugs and never had an issue again.

150k miles on my supercharged 5.4 Harley with 400 rwhp and 500 rwtq. If its been maintained properly they'll go easily 200k miles.

I put 150k on a f250 5.4 and it ran as good when I sold it as the day it was brand new!

I traded my 03 F150 in at 79k last year. The only thing I would look for is oil leaks on either the front of the drivers head or rear of the passenger head. They are prone to leaks there and it isn't the valve cover it is the head gasket and not a cheap or easy fix. Mine had to have it done at around 60k.

'01 4.6, 175K on the clock, running strong, but just got it. Although I did blow a plug about 3 weeks ago. (Had the truck only a week at that time.) haha! I like the truck, though..

My father in law was going to trade in his 2000 F250 SC and they only offered him $2000 for it. It was a company truck so I told them I would give them $2000 for it so they let me take it...
When I sold it there was 275k on it, original motor and trans. No issues out of either one....

Our 2000 expedition with a 5.4 has 190,000 miles on it and still runs like a top. It is using a tiny amount of oil now but hell it is a ford lol...

225k on an '01 in my family, pretty anal about the maintenance but it just had the alternator replaced for the first time, no other motor issues.
