Not at all. It depends on the totality of the circumstances. If you provide me all your legit ID information, then no sweat off my brow if you refuse SSN. If you can't produce ID and only verbally ID yourself, I'll dig a little deeper. BCOOP: I understand what you're saying, and won't argue that.
