If someone claims to have no ID, and the info comes back with a SOUNDEX hit and the physical characteristics are similar, the officer has enough reason to take you down and get you printed.

Simple enough?

So I got this ticket on the 22nd and it's now the 28th and the J.P. still doesn't have a copy of it. I have until the 3rd to contact the J.P. so hopefully the J.P. will get the ticket by then so I can officially "contact" them. I am sure it was a real police officer, but a small part of me still worries about that! He wouldn't have had the info on the car and such otherwise.

There are a ton of scenarios, but I like the way you stay out of a conversation and lurk until you find a way to make a stab.
