When I left the house earlier I hopped on I-20 eastbound and came up behind what looked to be a convoy of buses being led/chased with organized chaos by a few Fort Worth cruisers and at least a half dozen motor jockeys who were trying to clear the road ahead and keep folks behind from passing. Great story, I know. I felt like being nosy.

Could have been. The buses were about a 1/4 mile ahead of me as I was getting on I-20, but people were even stopped on the on ramp to avoid the ensuing chaos. I don't see why a football team would need a full on lights flashing freeway cluster fuck escort, though.

With all of the posts saying it's commonplace, it obviously happens all the time and I've been clueless to the fact. So what is the big deal that an escort is necessary? Seems like a waste of resources to me.
