  • Financial Know-It-Alls....In Here Please

My previous employer had a profit sharing program where I was 100% vested before I decided to leave the company back in May. Their "year" ended on October 31st and I was supposed to get an account summary plus payout options shortly after. Being with the company seven years, I know that the accounting department was slower than a snail on getting things done. They weren't too happy when I left and I honestly would like to take care of this without having to make much contact with them. Is there some type of legal representation out there that I could get to help me (as in make contact with them and ensure I get my payout)?

    TIA

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.
