Just have it on you and don't forget to put the new card, when you renew, in your glove compartment like I did. I got a fucking surcharge fee and a letter saying txdps was going to suspend my license for failing to provide proof of insurance even though it should've shown in their system that I had insurance. All I had was the expired copy and forgot to put the new one in my truck.Originally posted by talismanI wonder if there will be a new character that specializes in bjj and passive agressive comebacks?Originally posted by AdamLXIf there was, I wouldn't pick it because it would probably just keep leaving the game and then coming back like nothing happened.Originally posted by BroncojohnnyBecause fuck you, that's whyOriginally posted by 80coupenice dick, Idrivea4bangerOriginally posted by Rick Modena......and idrivea4banger is a real person.Originally posted by JesterMan ive always wanted to smoke a bowl with you. all of this because somebody is too fucking lazy to print out their insurance card or call their agent to get a physical one mailed to them...FAIL.
also seeing how technology has evolved in other areas of life like smartphones, military drones,etc...I am slightly dissappointed that there is not a system in place that an officer can check to see if a driver is currently covered under an insurance policy. seems like it would be rather simple, but i am sure Obama is to blame for it somehow or another. but until then I will still carry my physical insurance card so if and when carrollton pd decides to pull me over I can make the traffic stop go as quickly and smooth as possible.sigpic

This is so common it isn't funny. Then someone gets in a wreck, exchanges info, only to find out the other guy really doesn't have insurance. Then they call us wanting the police to go after the other guy....
