So I need to go to the liquor store and pick up some whiskey for New Years, any ideas but what to get? Normally a Crown drinker (normal kind) but thinking about picking something else to start the year off with. Any ideas? Normally drink with soda unless I have a cigar then its neat.

Crown black is great , it's my fav however new years = dead beats . Get jack , wild turkey 101, or cheap crown . Save the black or any other real top shelf shit for yourself . I have Jack, Crown, and just finished Seven at the house. Looking for something a little different, may try the Crown black or maybe something a little nicer. I have a lady friend who said she is buying me some nice whiskey but who knows what she means by nice. She drinks more liquor than me so I guess we will find out.Comment

My chick's dad brought me a bottle of Stranahans Colorado whiskey. You can't get it outside of Colorado. I drank it once in Denver and really enjoyed it. It was a surprise, when he handed it to me today.
. I'll bust it out on new years for a glass, but this one will be saved for a while.
