Last time I had trouble with the best buy at firewheel I sent an email explaining why I was dissatisfied to the store manager and CC'ed it to all the corporate sales / customer service folks.

My issue was resolved about 2 days later with no more dicking around from the store level employees.

Plano is just angry because all of the white people went to Allen, McKinney and Frisco, leaving them with the 'others'

Electronics chain stores come and go..usually for the same reasons...like shitty ass rude employees who don't know shit about policy or customer service. I've seen so many close I can't remember them all....McDuffs, Highland, Federated, Ultimate, Incredible Universe, Circuit Shithole,.......etc. Best Buy will die just like they all did within a few years and will then be replaced by some other chain.

I've always had better experiences with BB's outside of major metro areas. I think it's mostly because the kids who work there aren't spoiled rotten dipshits and/or actually have a basic work ethics understanding.

Your saying that BB will be the only electronics store chain in history that will never close down or be bought out?

You guys who have problems are horrible fucken negotiators... I got a 3k fridge, 1k BDI tv stand and a 2500 dollar floor model amp there for 2500 delivered... And 3 yrs zero interest. Silverback is right, be nice to the associates and wheel and deal with the managers...

If you find a bitter associate, talk to someone else, they have a million people who work there.
