Pretty-sure since 2002(half ton), it's either been single cab or crew cab/4-door. None of that suicide mini-door bullshit.

Single, quad, crew, and mega.

The Quad would be considered the extended cab but still has 4 seats. There is hardly any leg room for passengers in the back seat.

Yes but there are 3 different variations to the 4 door. The ones with the smaller back doors are called the quad cabs.
