Shit happens all too often. It'll always happen when I have to go to bed and wake up early in the morning. I won't be able to sleep because I've got this damn song stuck in my head.

Supposedly, you need to hear the song in it's entirety to get rid of the ear worm. In theory, the brain is wanting to try to finish the song, so when you hear the whole thing, the brain is happy and the ear worm goes away.
