Buick Roadmaster Wagon.. Not too pretty but they thoroughly abused one on the American Top Gear and they could not kill this thing. They even filled the entire interior with water, like 20k lbs worth, and it still ran and drove during and after emptied.

the rear suspension set up the older volvos stock is either a 4 link or 3 link with pan hard bar and torque arm. Cant remember, been few years since I was up on my volvo info
