  • Brisket-Place to Buy?

Wanting brisket for Christmas lunch but won't have time to cook it myself as I always do. Where is a good place to buy one cooked where I only need to heat? I'm in Keller and will drive 20 miles in any direction to get one. TIA.

almost all of the bbq places will do holiday/catering orders.

But you're cutting it realllllly close to their timeframe for orders. Typically they are all booked up by now, but just start calling around.

            This.

My recommendation around here would be Fred's in Irving. Just left there actually,

If you're used to making your own, be prepared for a shock on how much they want to charge you per pound.

I was going to offer to do it myself, but he'd get sticker shock. Lol

$10 a lb at North Main BBQ.
They are only going to be open on Friday due to the Holiday.
