The title is "Bonded title or sell without." The cost of a bonded title, plus the time it takes to secure one, aren't worth the trouble if the OP doesn't mind dropping the price 5 or 600 dollars. The time and cost cancel each other out by being able to move forward immediately and not incur the expense. Any other questions? Or has your vast expertise in "Doing a ton of title transferring" at the age of 15 not tell you this very simple and basic formula to be correct? We're all on the edge of our seats waiting for your next bit of valuable advice.
