Since Texas is a no fault state, if I hit someone do I pay a deductible to fix the other persons car?

I was in a minor accident in June and didn't have to pay. I've only had to pay a deductible when my car gets fixed.
How do we forget ourselves? How do we forget our minds?

Thats what I remember in the past. Is it because we are in Texas, or because our policy covers that?

Your property damage liability coverage on your policy covers damages to their vehicle, rental coverage, and deductible reimbursement.
