My dachshund typically has a stocking with chewies and treats and a few wrapped presents under the tree. Her Christmas fund is smaller this year because she'll be flying with me about twice a month for work next year... flying with pets is ridiculously expensive!

My dog will probably get a new bed or something but we're watching our money this year. I'm not railroad rich or anything...

I spent the same amount on my dog as my kids this year.

Hell, yea. I get my Golden a new Air Kong Squeaker ball and a big bag of rawhide chips. And we even wrap them. She sniffs them out immediately and tears into it, once you give her the go ahead.

If im dropping 200$ its gonna be a dog trainer that teaches my dog how to fetch me a beer from the fridge.

We have 2 dogs, two cats, and my wifes horse. We have always had stockings filled with bones and toys. Also we have always had a little tree for them. we hang bones, doggie candy canes and cat nip on the tree.

but pissing everyone off is a piece of cake

Tell me about it, it's gonna cost me a grand to fly home for Christmas. A good chunk of that is my ticket, but I spent a good amount on Saylee.

Nobody to watch her though, so it's not much more than boarding.

Mine get new beds and we donate the old ones to rescue. They get a special "Hollidog Dinner" and some new toys and bones. This year they all got new coats. (They are all little and it's cold out)
