  • Where to go for X-mas lights?

We're gonna have my niece and nephew Friday night and was wondering where at in Mckinney/Frisco/Allen area to see some good lights?

Frisco Square in Frisco...Off of Main and Dallas North Tollway.

There is also a subdivision in Plano (Somewhere around Coit I think) that has almost every house decorated to the fullest extent allowed. It takes about 30 minutes to get through the entrance to the neighborhood, but it was well worth it last time.

You can also do a search and find many other housing areas done the same way!

You're probably thinking of Deerfield over off of Legacy. Rafa, they put on a great christmas lights display, tons of houses decorated, it'll easily take you an hour or more to get through it just because of all the traffic it attracts.

Deerfield also used to have horse driven carriges, like the ones in downtown Dallas, not sure if they still do it tho. And the Frisco square lights are broadcast on your radio, so no need to get out of your car, espcially if its bad weather.

I hear that it's quite handy to fly around in a small airplane and look at lights...
