Are filters available for the 21? I don't see any that will fit it, that's why I was looking at the 15.

Here's a pretty good review of the PD32 UE:

I have one of these.. Pretty good little light for being so cheap. Magnetic base 3 strength settings + strobe and S.O.S.. My only complaint is the glowing red ring around it..

I've had or have 20 surefires...that being said I haven't been disappointed yet.

I use them and then put them in a car or give them away to peop
le as gifts or for helping me with stuff.

Also you may not find a surefire that meets your needs, there are many equivelent brands that are to a close standard to surefire(streamlight, Felix, ect.) Find the one you like the best because they will be around a long time.

I also like the cr123 battery better than AA or other low output batteries. They are reasonably priced through surefire

I have had it for a while and have not replaced the batteries yet. but according to their site..

                Runtime – 100% - 4 hours of continuous illumination
                50% - 8 hours of continuous illumination
                10% - 15 hours of continuous illumination
                S.O.S. - 72 hours of continuous illumination
Strobe - 72 hours of continuous illumination

That's better than I figured it would be.

I recently ordered the Fenix TK35 and really like it. I had a nice Streamlight, but it got destroyed when it somehow got left in the yard. I loved my Streamlight, but I think I prefer my new Fenix. It's a little heavier, but it also feels more solid that the Streamlight.

I have a Streamlight SL-20 that is over 20 years old. I bought a LED upgrade and it is bright, but not as bright as the new Fenix PD32 UE.

But, the Streamlight doubles as a lead pipe.

Bringing this back from the dead,
Looking for recommendations on a light. Is there one out there that is 500+ Lumens and does beam and flood? If there is one with a recharging base that is even better.
