I didn't say it had to make sense. I was just saying lets just generally hate them all since they are from that area.

Really? I run into Buddhists, Atheists, Agnostics and a person who views hedonism as a religion daily and they're still breathing. But nice attempt to make your point. And the agnostic lives with me. Interesting that I haven't killed them isn't it?

The point of it all is that any hatred should be towards the radicals of the Muslim community. Hell, if we could get rid of all radicals for every damn thing, then we might actually have those Thousand or so years of peace.

Personally, I am still suspect of Middle Eastern looking individuals. I really don't think I'm a racist, though. As far as how Frost feels about them... He has seen and felt shit that I couldn't imagine from that side of the globe. He may not be right in the head, but he sure isn't wrong about his feelings.
That racrguy's problem. The Bible must be taken as a whole and can not be selectively searched by Google in a vain attempt to argue against those of us who have "gotten the point" as it were of its entire message.

I bet he doesn't realize that with the post you quoted, he's agreeing with me.

Hid death did would not accomplish everything, at least not according to Jesus.
Yes, it did. Jesus was speaking the verses you quotethed prior to His death on the cross.

I'm just speaking with hate in my heart. It isn't a big deal, is it?

 The reason I said YOU are lucky and not THEM, is the fact that you sound like the type of person who buys ANYTHING ANYONE is selling. In other words, you're a salesmans wet dream, all doe eyed and gullible.

Considering that heaven and earth didn't disappear, and quite a bit happened after the fact, and there is an entire book in the bible describing the end of the world, is can easily be said that everything is not accomplished.

Do you have quotes from Jesus to support your assertions?

EDIT: I'm referring to you assertion that his death accomplished everything and/or caused heaven and earth to disappear.
Scientists do not coddle ideas. They crash test them. They run them into a brick wall at 60 miles per hour and then examine the pieces.

If the idea is sound, the pieces will be that of the wall.

                  • Quoting anything in the Bible as proof of the Bible being factual is what is known as a logical fallacy. I don't know why either side even bothers with that angle.

It matters when people say they believe what it says, and when they state it says certain things, but I'll agree with you about the whole fallacy part. There's an 11 page thread in the theology corner that's a bunch of circular arguments trying to prove its validity.

                          Agreed.

I'm not making any claim to it's truthfulness. However, claims about what the bible says can be true or false. That's the discussion I'm having.

Semantically speaking, your argument wasn't holding up with his. It left just enough room for me to troll right in. I was able to utilize the disdain that you already had for him and exploit the tiny details which supported his point while applying just enough logic to curb it to a more reasonable middle ground.
